The Land of Nod
Just in the past few days, Luke has begun to fall asleep on his own without being held...hurrah! However, it is quite an elaborate process with the little guy getting stuck in a far off gaze, then slowly closing his eyes only to suddenly throw open one eye to confirm our presence nearby. Open, close, open close...until FINALLY he goes down hard and takes on the face of an angel. For thirty minutes. So much for these 2 hour naps I've heard about...

Big 'ol Baby
Believe it or not, after 9 weeks of life our little guy has sprouted up to 24.25 inches and 14.9 pounds! Stop growing Luke...momma wants to be able to carry you a little bit longer!
